This web site My Asian Kid - DC has put together a list of various celebrations with time and location. All of them are free of admission. Ms. May Class encourages parents bring their love ones to some of the events and enjoy the new year. The ones at Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg on the 5th and 6th are strongly recommended.
